In this seminar, a team of former government officials at Freshfields will unpack the latest developments to help you anticipate and mitigate emerging risks across competition law, AI regulation, and national security.
In a discussion moderated by Tokyo-based antitrust partner Kaori Yamada, Freshfields partners Beth George, Manish Kumar, and Nema Milaninia will examine how U.S. enforcement agencies are exercising their authority across these three interconnected areas, and the broader strategic posture from Washington that is redefining what it means to do business with US counterparties, invest in US assets, or deploy technology across borders.
