本セミナーでは、台湾、韓国及びフィリピンにおける洋上風力発電開発の最新状況について、ベーカー＆マッケンジーの各国オフィスの専門家が解説するとともに、海外事例を踏まえた日本の洋上風力発電開発及び再生可能エネルギー調達への示唆を検討します。
また、今回は、再生可能エネルギーの導入拡大に伴い、その重要性が高まる系統用蓄電池（BESS）についても系統用蓄電池の導入が進むオーストラリアの最新状況とともに日本国内の最新動向について解説します。
更に、制度・市場動向、事業スキーム、オフテイクやリスク分担の考え方といった観点に加え、洋上風力及び蓄電池向けのプロジェクトファイナンスをテーマとしたパネルディスカッションを実施します。
ベーカー＆マッケンジーが国内外で関与してきた洋上風力発電及び系統用蓄電池プロジェクトの実務経験を踏まえ、今後のプロジェクト成功に向けた実践的な示唆を共有いただきます。

Experts from our offices in Taiwan, South Korea and the Philippines will share updates on the current status of offshore wind projects in their respective markets. They will also draw on international case studies to provide key insights for offshore wind development and renewable energy procurement in Japan.
In addition, the seminar will cover battery energy storage systems (BESS) – an increasingly important technology in the expansion of renewable energy. We will share the latest developments in Australia, where BESS deployment is progressing rapidly, as well as recent trends in the Japanese market.
The program will address regulatory and market developments, project structures, offtake arrangements and risk allocation. It will also feature a panel discussion focused on project finance for offshore wind and BESS projects, during which speakers will share their perspectives on key project development considerations.
