ヒカルド・S・ルッソ / Ricardo Simões Russo
Ricardo Simões Russo joined Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 1994 and he is a partner since 2009. He is the head of the infrastructure team of the firm and specialized in financial and banking law, project finance, debt securities markets and variety of transactions involving infrastructure investment in Brazil. Russo has an LLB from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1997), and an LLM in banking and financial law from Boston University School of Law (2002). He worked as foreign associate of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in 2002 and 2003. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian.

ヒカルド・レヴィ/ Ricardo Pagliari Levy
Ricardo Pagliari Levy joined Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 1995 and he is a partner since 2010. He is specialized in anti-corruption, administrative misconduct and corporate white-collar liability, and has wide experience in investigation. He works with public law, especially public procurement and administrative contracts, public utilities concessions, public–private partnerships (PPP) and regulatory matters (including aviation, ports, railways, sewage). He is also active in commercial, civil and administrative litigation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1997), and an LLM from the University of Nottingham (2003). He worked at the former London office of Pinheiro Neto (2002). Levy is fluent in Portuguese, English and French.

大野 友香/ Yuka Ono
Yuka Ono joined Pinheiro Neto Advogados in 2013 and she is partner since 2020. She is the head of the firm’s Japan Desk. With 20 years of experience, half of them in investment banks, she has worked at the Global Structured Finance Department at Mizuho Bank, at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, in New York and Nagashima Ohno Tsunematsu law firm in Tokyo, as visiting lawyer. Mrs. Ono has extensive experience in cross border transactions, comprising of M&A, general corporate matters and project finance. Yuka holds dual degree, LLB from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and bachelor degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (EAESP/FGV). She also concluded the research program in International Law at Kyoto University in Kyoto, Japan and LLM at Columbia Law School in New York. Yuka is fluent in Portuguese, Japanese and English.
