概要/Overview
Japanese multinational companies are rapidly adopting AI across their US operations, products, services, and commercial relationships, creating an increasingly complex range of legal and operational risks. This presentation will provide an overview of the evolving US legal landscape, including state AI laws, intellectual property disputes, privilege concerns, and emerging litigation. It will also offer a practical roadmap for Japanese companies operating in the United States, including how to inventory and approve AI use cases, establish effective governance, select and contract with AI vendors, protect company data and intellectual property, and train employees.
