Halit Duran, Ph.D.
Project Manager at the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye
With a strong background in economics and regional development, he has over 15 years of experience as a development specialist in Türkiye. He also pursued an academic career as a researcher at the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship at TU Delft in the Netherlands. Dr. Duran combines practical policy expertise with academic insight to support sustainable investment and innovation in Türkiye’s agriculture and food value chains.
